Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers of up to 6 pages in length, using the
electronic submission on the conference web site (www.issnip.org). Papers will be peer
reviewed in terms of originality, significance, quality and clarity by at least three experts
in the fields. Accepted papers will appear in the conference proceedings and on
IEEE Xplore.
